Introducing Southwire SIMpull Solutions™

Decrease your installation time and improve job site safety with Southwire’s SIMpull™ Solutions. These products are designed to increase Jobsite productivity, safety, and profitability.

You can custom order your wiring so any cable or wire we manufacture is delivered inside the conduit. This added step reduces cable damage during installation and eliminates exposure to environmental conditions. Our SIMpull™ solutions include

SIMpull™ Reel Maneuverable Payoff System

The SIMpull™ Reel Maneuverable Payoff System revolutionizes the job site by allowing one person to safely* move a reel that weighs up to 6,000 lbs. without the need of pallet jacks or other equipment.

SIMpull™ Flange

SIMpull™ Flange has a shaftless design that safely allows one person to turn a wooden reel up to 34” and 2,000 lbs on level floors. It’s a time-saving, field-installable solution that removes the need for heavy jack stands.

SIMpull™ Head

SIMpull™ Head features a low-profile design to glide easily through bends and tight turns with no lubrication. The wire is ready to pull as soon as it is delivered, saving you time and labor on your job site and reducing waste.

SIMpull™ Truck

SIMpull™ Truck is a faster, cleaner, safer way to enhance productivity and lower total installation costs by eliminating various forms of waste such as excess cost, time, and labor and improving productivity, making you more competitive.

Cable-in-Conduit

SIMpull™ Cable-in-Conduit provides easy installation, which reduces equipment costs and the amount of time you spend installing products. Safety is drastically improved since you spend less opening trenches, along traffic right-of-ways, and pulling heavy cables.

Cable-in-Conduit is available in copper and aluminum conductors and low-voltage to medium-voltage constructions. It is available in a variety of conduit sizes. There is no gluing of sticks to the pipe. Plus, the high-density polyethylene conduit meets ASTM and UL standards.

Benefits of Wire Prefabrication
Shorter Job Duration
Prefabs can cut your installation time in half. You no longer have to take the time to prep the wiring yourself. Therefore, your crew can focus on core tasks. When you reduce your job duration, you can quickly move on to the next project.
Reduced Labor Costs
Cutting, twisting, and labeling wire on-site requires a larger crew. You can reduce your workforce size by simply opting for prefabricated wiring. As a result, you save thousands of dollars in labor costs.
Less Waste
Prepping wire on-site can lead to a significant amount of waste. Much of the waste ends up in landfills. You can nearly eliminate waste altogether by having your wiring prefabricated to exact specifications. Reduced waste saves you money in materials and cleanup.
Smoother Workflow
Every time you have to stop and cut wire, you disrupt what would otherwise be a smooth workflow. Prepping wire can cause delays, which ultimately cost you time and money. Job-ready wiring can prevent these disruptions, allowing you to work continuously until job completion.
