When you need your order fast, we deliver. Walters Wholesale offers fast, reliable shipping and delivery throughout Southern California with our fleet of 16 to 53-foot trucks or nationally with contracted carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
Our online system allows you to place your order, choose your shipping options, and monitor your package with our delivery notifications or with tracking from contracted carriers until it arrives.

Shipping Options
Walters Delivery Truck System
Our preferred shipping processor is UPS; however, items may ship out using alternative methods (FedEx, USPS, etc.). Walters Website is not able to use a customer’s UPS account numbers.

Shipping Methods and Cost
Different shipping methods will be available, depending on your purchase and the delivery location. You will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order at checkout. (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.)
These factors determine the shipping costs:
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before the completion of your order.
Note: Walters strives to provide a flat rate for ground shipping via our contracted carriers. In some cases, item quantities, sizes or weights may require additional shipping charges. You may be contacted in this scenario.
Checking Your Order Status
Once you place your online order, you will receive a confirmation email showing the details of your order.
Trade Accounts using the Walters delivery truck system, enrolled in Delivery Notifications, will receive tracking and order status updates via email and/or text once the order has shipped.*
For orders handled by a shipping carrier, once your order leaves the warehouse, the shipping carrier will provide tracking information until your order is delivered.**
*Note: For Trade Accounts using Walters Delivery Truck, you have the option to contact your local sales rep.
**Note: Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.

Walters will try our best to deliver your items on time and adhere to your Special Delivery Instructions.
Where We Ship
All orders placed on WaltersWholesale.com are only shipped to valid addresses in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
We currently do not ship to the following locations:
PO Boxes,
Locations outside of the US
Military APO/FPO addresses
U.S. Territories.
Additional remote surcharges may apply for certain areas.
Product Availability
WaltersWholesale.com orders ship complete. At check-out items displaying not in stock, will delay your order until all items are available. When backordered item(s) become available, the order will be processed and shipped.
Shipping Availability
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. All contracted carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) delivery orders placed online after 2:00 PM PST Monday through Friday will ship the next business day (excluding weekends).
Walters observes the following holiday schedule:
New Year's
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas
If your order is placed on these holidays or a weekend, your order will be shipped on the following business day. All Walters Truck delivery orders placed online before 6:00 PM Monday through Friday will ship the next business day (excluding weekends) for in stock items.
Note: Your order confirmation email will show any back-ordered items that could delay your order.
In-Store / Will Call Pickup
You have the option to pick up orders using our will-call service. To choose the pick-up option, select your store location before adding items to your cart or during check out. When placing an order, you will see the Pickup option in the Shopping Cart.
Will Call orders requiring items to be transferred from the distribution center to a branch location will be transferred the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
All pick-up/will call orders will be held for five business days from receiving the email order confirmation notice. If the material has not been picked up within the specified timeframe, a credit will be issued back to the original form of payment. *

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please refer to our returns page for details. It may take up to 7 business days for your credit card to be credited, depending on your bank.
