Delivery Notifications
At Walters Wholesale, we are dedicated to creating positive and meaningful customer experiences in every area of our business. With customer feedback we continually think of innovative ways to help you save time and money. We have achieved this goal by creating an advanced notification system that keeps you updated on your current deliveries.
Contact our Solutions department or your Walters sales representative to sign up for this service. Once enrolled, you will receive an email or text notification when your material is nearby, delivered or both.
Signing Up and Setting Up an Account
Sign up to receive delivery notifications by email or text anytime a delivery is being made on your account. You can set up a different email or text number for the following:
Bill To (every delivery for your entire company)
Ship To (your shop location and/or individual jobsites)
Additionally, you are able to set up different emails and text numbers for each jobsite location. (For example, jobsite foreman, project manager, purchasing department, etc.)

When your order is X minutes away
When your order has been delivered
Email Notifications:
Our drivers make every attempt to comply with your delivery instructions. Depending on the notifications you requested, you can receive one or both notifications:
Your order is X minutes away notification
In the email notification, your order number, estimated delivery time, and a link to track your order are included. Click the “Track Package” button, and you will be able to follow the blue truck until it arrives at your jobsite.
Our standard notifications are sent out 30 minutes before your order will be delivered, but you can specify the timeframe in which you are notified: 5 minutes, 10 minutes or even an hour. The choice is yours!
Your order has been delivered notification
The driver will input the name of the person receiving the delivery. Based on that signature, you can confirm that an authorized person signed for the material. Email delivery notifications include a copy of the ship ticket with the authorized person’s signature who received the delivery.
Text Notifications:
Depending on the notifications you requested you can receive one or both notifications:
Your order is X minutes away notification
Receive a text with your order number, estimated delivery time, and a link to track your order. Click on the track your order link to see where your delivery currently is.
