As Lutron continues to innovate with new products and solutions, some of our older technology will no longer be manufactured. To make the notification process as streamlined as possible for our customers, we are going to move to group notifications. However, there may be some instances when factors beyond our control require discontinuations to be sent outside of the group notifications.
Please note that the products listed below are being discontinued. Click here for UPC codes and replacement products where applicable.
Lutron will accept returns until the indicated end of sales date. Product must be new, in the original box and will incur a 25% restocking fee. Any returns after this date will not be considered without prior sales approval. For questions or concerns, please contact Lutron Customer Service at 1.844.LUTRON1 (1.844.588.7661).
Effective the date of this announcement, all models pending discontinuation will have a lead time of 30 days. Product may ship earlier depending on available inventory.
