Walters collects information on our RGA and Job Information form . This information is used for processing returned materials and setting up job accounts in our accounting system. In order for us to properly service you, we need to collect this information. Providing this information via the web is voluntary. You can still supply this information via FAX or snail mail.

We also collect information in our online quiz. We will never sell or disclose this information to any party outside of Walters Wholesale.
