Walters Design Team not only takes these into consideration, but we also understand the importance of your installer and any special conditions there may be on the job site. Lighting your home should be an intimate process; therefore the lighting designer should be quite familiar with your project and your contractor during construction. It is our objective at WL&D to ensure that our plan eliminates installation errors by clearly showing fixture and control locations. We also ensure that all fixtures and lighting controls are compatible. A professional Lighting Designer blends engineering and art in order to make your living space more comfortable and controllable. WL&D Design Team will create a lighting plan which is elegant and practical by designing for the way you live. Each project is designed specifically for that client and will be tailored to the needs and budget necessary to bring your project to a beautiful finish.
Fee Structure
Walters Lighting & Design is pleased to offer the lighting design services outlined below. Fees will range depending on the project, therefore we offer various rates specific to the project’s scope. Lighting Residential
Initial Consultation $250.00. On-Site visit with travel time of up to 30 miles round trip included.
Design services are also available for individual spaces (offices, retail, light commercial, etc.) at the rate of $125.00 per hour, plus costs for generating drawings.
