Residential Dimming Systems

Keypads provide a clean, elegant look by combining the functions of many standard switches and dimmers into a single control. Contrast the elegant simplicity of a single keypad to the large bank of switches often found at the front door.

RadioRA is a home dimming system that can be installed in any home, new or existing, WITHOUT rewiring! Simply replace existing switches with RadioRA Dimmers and add Master Controls to any convenient location to create one-touch lighting control of your entire home.

Residential Occupancy Sensors

Leviton Motion Sensor Switches automatically turn lights ON when you enter a room and OFF when you leave. In addition to the convenience of hands-free switching, motion sensors ensure that lights are not left ON unnecessarily for hours at a time. Leviton’s residential occupancy sensors employ “passive infrared technology” in order to detect human presence in a room, and respond to the infrared heat people naturally emit to monitor a specific area.

Watt Stopper/Legrand's application-specific occupancy sensors replace standard wall switches throughout the home. The sensors are engineered to perform without the need for adjustment when used in recommended applications.

Commercial Title 24

The Blue Box comes with 8 or 16 single-pole lighting relays which can be re-grouped or rezoned at any time through remote programming. Override switch and other relay panels can be connected digitally with Cat. 5 cable with RJ45 connectors.
